By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any fb099 Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fb099. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform or any of its Services.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fb099 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and fb099. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your continued use of the fb099 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. fb099 will notify registered Users of material changes via email to the registered address or via on-site notification.
Use of the fb099 Platform and all Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in gambling activities in the Philippines as required under applicable PAGCOR regulations. fb099 actively enforces this requirement through date-of-birth verification at registration and government ID verification during KYC.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- Jurisdictional legality: Use of the Services must be lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal in your location before using fb099.
- Not a Prohibited User: You must not be listed on any exclusion register, self-excluded from fb099 or any linked platform, or otherwise designated as a Prohibited User.
- Personal use only: You may only register and use an Account on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party — whether a minor, another adult, or a legal entity — is prohibited.
Age Enforcement Notice: fb099 employs automated and manual age verification measures. Any account found to be operated by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All balances, including deposited funds, will be withheld pending investigation and returned net of any winnings, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing underage gambling.
To access most Services on the fb099 Platform, registration of an Account is required. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by fb099.
- You will maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
- You will create and maintain a strong, unique password for your fb099 Account and are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials.
- You will not share your Account credentials — username, password, or OTP codes — with any other person. fb099 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
- Only one Account per individual is permitted. fb099 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and bonus funds obtained through multiple registrations forfeited.
- You will notify fb099 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
fb099 stores all Account data in compliance with RA 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act). Your registration data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our

fb099 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances, in accordance with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR operating requirements.
As part of the KYC process, fb099 may request any of the following documents:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys (National ID), Passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or SSS ID.
- Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
- Proof of payment method — evidence of ownership of the GCash, Maya, bank account, or other payment method registered to your fb099 Account.
- Source of funds documentation — for large deposits or withdrawals, fb099 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of the funds.
fb099 will process KYC submissions within 1–4 business hours during operating hours. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal functionality is restricted. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined pending verification. fb099 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.
fb099 accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). Accepted payment methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change and are published on the fb099 Cashier page.
- All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party deposits — deposits from an account belonging to a different individual — are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or the equivalent in the accepted payment method's denomination.
- fb099 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which fb099 bears no responsibility.
- Deposits are generally credited to your fb099 Account within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — instant; BPI/BDO/Metrobank bank transfer — 5–30 minutes; 7-Eleven Cliqq — up to 2 hours; USDT — subject to blockchain confirmation times.
- fb099 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Funds deposited to fb099 are held separately from fb099's operational funds. Your Real Money Balance reflects funds held in trust for your account and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance (excluding pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) are available to KYC-verified accounts via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier and are published in the fb099 Cashier section.
- Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya — 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; BPI/BDO/Metrobank — same business day; USDT — subject to network confirmation times. VIP Gold tier and above receive prioritised processing.
- All withdrawals are processed to the payment method registered to your fb099 Account. fb099 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposit, except where expressly permitted by fb099 support upon verified request.
- fb099 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 or where unusual activity patterns are detected. This may extend processing times beyond standard estimates.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, with only the remaining Real Money Balance being returned.
fb099 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available only to eligible users as specified in each promotion's terms. fb099 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 15× the bonus amount.
- Only certain game types contribute toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are: slots — 100%; live dealer games — 10%; table games — 10%; instant games — 50%. These rates are indicative and may vary by promotion.
- Bonus funds are used first when placing bets, unless the fb099 Platform allows the User to select otherwise.
- fb099 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a User from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game participation intent.
- No User may hold more than one active welcome bonus. Existing Users who create duplicate accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will have all bonus funds forfeited and accounts closed.
- Unclaimed bonuses expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. fb099 is not obligated to remind Users of expiring bonus offers.
fb099 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will be communicated via the promotions page and email notification where reasonably practicable.
All games available on the fb099 Platform are subject to individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. The following general provisions apply to all gaming activity on fb099:
- All game outcomes, where RNG-based, are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation systems. fb099 does not control or influence individual game outcomes beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) configurations established by game providers.
- In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to network disconnection, game crash, or server error — any affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance. fb099 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
- Sports betting odds and lines are set by fb099's sportsbook in accordance with standard industry practices. fb099 reserves the right to void bets where odds are published in error, where the result of an event is subject to official dispute, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.
- Live dealer game decisions made by the dealer — including card dealing outcomes, roulette spins, and other game mechanics — are final once the game round is completed and recorded in the system.
- The minimum and maximum bet amounts for all games are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at fb099's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb099 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities including the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen credit or debit cards, fraudulent GCash accounts, or any other unauthorised payment instruments.
- Money laundering or the use of fb099 for any purpose connected with illegal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent as a method of fund transfer.
- Systematic exploitation of documented game errors, software vulnerabilities, or mathematical loopholes to generate guaranteed profits.
- Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with fb099, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or address.
- Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses or any other per-account promotional offers.
- Harassment, threatening conduct, or abusive communication directed at fb099 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
- Any activity that fb099, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
fb099 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms of excessive gambling. fb099 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from within each User's Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Reductions to limits are applied immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically log out the User.
- Reality Checks: Users may configure on-screen notifications at regular intervals during gaming sessions displaying elapsed session time and net gaming activity.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 1 to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes. Requests cannot be reversed once confirmed.
- Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the fb099 Platform. Self-exclusion requests, once processed, are irrevocable for the stated exclusion period. Long-term self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanently.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
- Use fb099 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent from fb099.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb099 shall not be liable to any User for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, goodwill, or reputation, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
- Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, network failures, software errors, or any interruption to the Platform beyond fb099's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures and Philippine network outages.
- Losses resulting from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account compromise due to inadequate password security.
- Decisions made by the User in the course of gambling, including individual game results, sports betting outcomes, and all wagering decisions.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fb099's total liability to a User for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to fb099 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fb099 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fb099 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The User is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
- The User's Account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
- The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- There is a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement mandating the suspension or closure of the Account.
- Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to fb099, other Users, or the integrity of the Platform.
In cases of Account termination for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any balance rightfully belonging to the User (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned via the registered payment method.
Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fb099 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method following KYC verification, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses are met or bonuses are forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The fb099 Platform operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming platforms accessible to Philippine residents.
In the event of a dispute between a User and fb099 arising from these Terms or any Platform Service:

- Second step — Formal complaint: If the dispute is not resolved through Customer Support, the User may submit a formal written complaint to fb099, which will be reviewed by fb099's compliance team within 14 business days.
- Third step — Regulatory escalation: Where a dispute remains unresolved, Users may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. fb099 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
Nothing in this Section limits a User's right to pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law, including actions before the appropriate Philippine courts.
fb099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. When changes are made that materially affect User rights or obligations, fb099 will:
- Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change.
- Send a notification to all registered Users at their registered email address or mobile number.
- Update the "Last Updated" date on this page to reflect the effective date of the revised Terms.
Your continued use of the fb099 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
